Confirm your insurer’s requirements for an unoccupied or seasonal property, including visit frequency and records.Agree visit scope, authorised areas and any exclusions with ARPC.Confirm who should be contacted if a concern is found, and how work or spending will be authorised.Arrange keys and access through the agreed secure process. Keep codes out of public forms.Arrange any technical winterisation, heating maintenance or specialist work with qualified providers where needed.Plan for mail, deliveries, bins and outdoor items; agree any concierge tasks separately.Check that you can sign in to your client portal and know how to contact Kerrie.Review your property-specific departure plan and arrange any return-home tasks you need.
