New Homeowner & Relocation Support
Concierge Services · $50 CAD / hour · billed in 30-minute increments ($25 per half hour)Help may include coordinating furniture and appliance deliveries, arranging trades access, liaising with movers, attending deliveries and noting visible damage, coordinating cleaning or garden preparation, key handovers and arrival arrangements.
This work is charged as Concierge Services at the same rate: $50 CAD per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. The scope and estimated time are agreed before work begins. Purchases, materials and third-party service fees are additional and agreed in advance.
Travel: No travel charge within 12 km driving distance of Annapolis Royal town centre. Farther away, we charge $0.90 CAD per kilometre of return driving distance beyond the first 24 km, once per attendance. Travel charges are confirmed before service (see examples). HST: HST is not currently charged.
