Exterior walk-around, doors and windows checked, visible storm or vandalism damage noted, security concerns flagged, prompt notification if issues are identified

Standard Home Check - $72

Exterior and interior walkthrough, doors and windows secured, visible leaks or moisture checked, power status confirmed, thermostat reading recorded, brief water run if requested, written visit summary

Comprehensive Home Check - $102

Standard Home Check plus basement or crawlspace (if accessible), appliance power status, sump pump check if present, humidity concerns noted, enhanced photo documentation and a more detailed report

Seasonal & Event-Based Checks

Storm / Post-Weather Check - $54

Exterior damage assessment, debris or fallen tree check, power status confirmation, photo documentation

Arrival / Pre-Arrival Check -$90

Standard Home Check with confirmation the property is ready for owner or guest arrival

Departure / Winterization Check - $114

Comprehensive Home Check plus heat setting confirmation, water shut-off verification if applicable, secure-up confirmation and detailed report

Emergency Call-Out (unscheduled) - $72 + applicable visit fee

Rapid response outside a routine visit schedule

Add-On Services (Optional)

Water plants (indoor or outdoor) - $18 per visit

Mail and parcel collection - $12 per visit

Garbage or recycling placement - $12 per visit

Salting walkways in the immediate vicinity of the property (materials extra if required) - $18 per visit

Meet trades or inspectors on your behalf - $48 per hour

Remote Monitoring (Optional)

Temperature & humidity monitoring setup (devices included) - $150 one-time

Monthly monitoring review - $20 per month

Wi-Fi required. Loss of signal may indicate a power or internet outage.

Travel Costs

Properties within 10 km of Annapolis Royal:

• No additional travel charge

Properties beyond 10 km:

• $0.90 per kilometre (round-trip)

• Distance calculated from Annapolis Royal town centre

• Travel costs are added to the visit price

Discounts

Discount for 6 month minimum contract

Weekly visits - 10%

Bi-weekly visits - 5%

Monthly visits - Standard rate

Tax Notice

Prices listed do not currently include HST.
As a small startup business, HST is not charged at this time.
If HST registration becomes required in the future, applicable taxes will be added in accordance with Nova Scotia regulations.
